Use Reaper to add your Time Code Markers and the export your list to Synk.

EXPORT YOUR EVENTS TO ETC
Load your Markers list to Synk, select your Event and Cue List and adjust your FPS.
Set the OSC on the console and Synk creates your Event List with your Time Code linked to your Cues.

Synk is in Beta, you can download a Demo version limited to 5 Events.
A CSV File is included in order to test the code without need to create your markers.
